On 30th October 2025, the Cledun Realtors Ltd team participated in a Brand Development & Brand Promotion Session facilitated by Munene Githira of PIPO Brands at Nokras: Enkare Luxury Tented Camp, Sagana.

The day began with a hearty breakfast before diving into insightful discussions on brand strategy, positioning, and growth. The session combined deep learning with engaging team building activities, including games that encouraged collaboration and creativity.

Throughout the day, our team actively participated, shared ideas, and gained fresh perspectives on building a strong and memorable brand. Well-curated meals and a serene environment complemented the learning experience, ensuring both the mind and body were well nourished. The session concluded on a high note, with renewed energy, clear direction, and a strengthened team spirit. It was a powerful step toward elevating the Cledun Realtors brand to new heights.

In honor of Mazingira Day (10th October 2025), Cledun Realtors Ltd organized a Tree Planting Exercise on 7th October 2025 at Neema Garden Phase III.

Guided by our belief that sustainability and development must go hand in hand, our team planted fruit trees on clients’ plots as a way of giving back to both the environment and our clients. From planting to mulching, the exercise was filled with teamwork, laughter, and purpose.

These trees will contribute to a greener Neema Garden while allowing clients to enjoy the fruits in the years to come. The initiative reaffirmed our commitment to environmental conservation and sustainable development.

Cledun Connect 2025 was a major milestone for Cledun Realtors, celebrating growth, vision, and meaningful connections. Held on 5th September 2025, the event was themed “Connecting Visionaries; Building Systems.”

Clients, partners, and friends came together for a day filled with inspiration and celebration. The event featured powerful speeches, uplifting ministration, authentic client testimonials, and valuable networking moments. Music, dancing, and fun added to the vibrant atmosphere, creating unforgettable memories.

Meet & Meat Season I, held on 23rd August 2025 at Neema Garden Phase V, was a truly special event that brought our investors together beyond transactions.
The event gathered clients who had chosen to invest with Cledun Realtors, creating an opportunity for them to meet, interact, and connect with their future neighbours. Over delicious nyama choma, laughter, and engaging conversations, a sense of community was born.

Meet & Meat was more than just a social gathering—it marked the beginning of friendships and networks within our projects. It reaffirmed our belief that at Cledun Realtors, we don’t just sell land; we bring people together and help communities grow.

On 7th December 2024, Cledun Realtors Ltd was privileged to be among the sponsors of a Free Medical Camp held at Ngorongo Health Center, Gatundu North. The camp was organized by the Rotaract Club of Thika.

The medical camp offered a wide range of essential health services, including general consultations, blood sugar and blood pressure checks, cancer screening, HIV testing and counselling, and more. A large number of community members turned up and received medical attention, medication, and even assistive devices such as wheelchairs—completely free of charge.

Witnessing people access quality healthcare without the usual barriers was both humbling and fulfilling. We extend our sincere appreciation to the organizers, fellow sponsors, partners, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to the success of the camp. On 5th December 2024, Cledun Realtors Ltd had the honor of attending the official opening of Zion Children’s Home’s new facility in Kasarani, Mwiki, Nairobi.
The event was a heartwarming thanksgiving ceremony marked by music, singing, dancing, laughter, and genuine connections. It was a beautiful celebration of love, generosity, and community as people came together to support and encourage the children.

Our team shared moments of bonding, meals, and conversations with the children and caregivers, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Being part of this milestone reminded us of the importance of giving back and standing with vulnerable members of our society.

We were grateful to contribute to this impactful cause and continue to encourage others to support Zion Children’s Home in making a lasting difference in the lives of these children. 

The Treasure Park Phase I Open Day, held on 2nd November 2024, was an unforgettable experience that took our clients to Rumuruti for a hands-on interaction with the project. The day began early in the morning, with clients picked up from their preferred locations. By God’s grace, the journey was smooth and stress-free, setting the tone for a successful day. Upon
arrival, we kicked things off with a brief introductory session, allowing clients to get to know the Cledun Realtors team before heading out to explore the project.
Our team walked clients through the plots in detail, providing clear information, answering questions thoroughly, and ensuring transparency at every step. Clients were free to examine the demarcations and verify details using the readily available mutation documents. The atmosphere was filled with smiles, curiosity, and confidence as clients explored and interacted with the land.
The Open Day recorded great success, with several plots sold and others booked. After the business session, we captured memorable photos to preserve the joy of the day. The celebrations continued with great food, ensuring everyone was well served and satisfied. We are deeply grateful to all the clients who showed up and made the Treasure Park Phase I Open Day a success. Your trust and support motivate us to keep delivering excellence.

On 27th July 2024, Cledun Realtors proudly hosted the official launch of Tumaini Garden Phase I in Makutano, marking an exciting milestone in our journey of making land ownership accessible and enjoyable for our clients.

The launch event brought together clients, partners, and members of the Cledun family for a day filled with warmth, interaction, and celebration. Guests had the opportunity to walk the project, understand the value of the plots, and receive first-hand information from our team. At the time of launch, the plots were competitively priced at KES 575,000 (cash price), making them highly attractive to both investors and homeowners. Beyond the business of the day, the atmosphere was relaxed and joyful. We shared delicious mbuzi choma, laughter, and meaningful conversations, reinforcing the strong relationships we continue to build with our clients. The excitement translated into action, as several plots were successfully sold during the launch.
